David Allen On “Getting Things Done” | FastCompany.TV

September 14th, 2008 by Chuck Sharp

This is 30 uninterrupted minutes interviewing David Allen, author of Getting Things Done: The art of stress free productivity. This is a really excellent talk, and a good introduction to the GTD productivity phenomenon. It’s otherwise a good source of motivation to, umm, get things done.

For organizing your activities like GTD recommends, you can use this web-based application:

    http://www.Gtdagenda.com

You can use it to manage your goals, projects and tasks, set Next Actions and Contexts, use checklists, schedules and a calendar.

Thanks for the link. There are actually tons of sites with gtd-ish tools: http://mashable.com/2007/07/27/gtd-ninja/ — what’s great is that GTD is a generic set of processes that can be used with a great variety of tools.
